The Green skirt has cancan underneath, making it look fluffy and grand, and it also adds weight. It was purchased at Neeru's, bridal store and worn only once for a bridal event. It can be altered to make it bigger, and women of heights from 5' to up to 6'2" can wear it as the skirt & top can be adjusted accordingly. Actual cost - 26,500/-
