Velvet embroidery Frock for 6-7Y

Heavy embroidery velvet frock for 6-7 years. Frock has one shoulder sleeveless and other with heavy bugga hand. Bought the cloth from Narsing store(1300 per meter) which costed 4500 including stitching.
